Jackson at the front desk is to be commended. He could see I was exhausted from a long, scary drive and gave me a suite. This gesture made my entire stay. I came down from my room and asked him if I'd won the lottery. Indeed I had. Thank you so very much Jackson. Valet people were very nice and very responsive also. And the morning breakfast was a great one with something for everyone including the rarely seen warm offerings like oatmeal and eggs, bacon or ham or sausage. I won't stay anywhere else in Downtown Denver. Location was critical too, very close to the Convention Center so I just left my car with the valets the whole time and walked. Thank you to Hampton, my favorite hotel.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is located in a great area of Denver. There was a free bus nearby which took us to different parts of the city and there were plenty of dining options close to The Hampton Inn. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful whenever we had a question and offered services well beyond what I would have expected. I did not have a phone that could make local calls and needed to contact a friend in Pueblo, Colorado. I asked if there was a public phone nearby. The lady at the front desk asked for the number and then handed me the phone with my friend on the other end. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and very filling.

Checking in fast, friendly and efficient. Suite was big, very big even, style was a bit dated, like me. I was happy here. Bed was comfortable, shower great. A good room. Breakfast was very good, breakfast staff were on top of it! Everything was hot, restocked and of good quality, good fruit salad, yogurt, muffins etc.. really one of my better hotel buffet breakfasts. Again the restaurant staff were friendly, busy cleaning tables and had some good information when I asked about getting by bus to the train station. I saw the manager on checkout and mentioned my positive experience with the staff here. I would stay here again when in Denver

The room was very comfortable, and very quiet. Breakfast was really good, best waffles I've ever had. While my husband and our 17 year old son went to the football game, I decided to venture down to the hotel bar for happy hour. McKenzie, the bartender was one of the coolest people I've ever met. She made an incredible espresso martini, and she was just absolutely wonderful to talk to!! That was the highlight of my trip (while the guys definitely would say theirs was the Broncos game lol). McKenzie is the super star of the hotel!

Staff was very friendly They upgraded my room because it was my birthday.. the continental breakfast was phenomenal. Lots of plug ins, lighting, and in room amenities. Three ceiling to floor windows. I didn’t get to go down to the pool, but I’m sure it fits right in! Everything about staying here was a relief as a solo female traveler. Also, the location has tremendous opportunity right near the heart of downtown. Travelers tip: now through December 23, 2024 head down to the christkindle holiday market at civic center park! 🎄
